Gymnasium

Ida Rieu has a spacious and well-equipped on campus Gymnasium for the blind students to help improve their physical as well as psychological health through regular physical activity. This Gym is housed in Dr. Panjwani Complex. The need for fitness in children who are blind is greater because of the increased energy required to complete activities of daily living. Children who are visually impaired and blind can improve their levels of physical activity, thereby improving comfort and success of movement facilitating the completion of activities of daily living.
